Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to information when you visit this website, use its contact form, or otherwise get in touch. Swiss AI Solutions is an independent project, not a registered legal entity — the individuals named below are personally responsible for how your data is handled.

Data controllers

Data controllers: Dominic R. Beer and Paulina Przeniczna. They can be reached at the correspondence address on the Legal Notice page and at info@swissaisolutions.com.

Website access and technical logs

This website is hosted and delivered using Cloudflare Pages, which also provides content delivery and security functionality. In the course of delivering the website and protecting it against abuse, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, the page or resource requested, the date and time of the request, your browser or device information, the response status, and security-related events (for example, requests blocked as part of automated abuse protection). This information is processed to deliver the website reliably, maintain its security, and diagnose technical problems — not to build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

Contact by email

This website's contact form does not send your entry to a server operated by this website. Before you press send, whatever you have typed remains in your own browser and is not transmitted to, or stored by, this website's infrastructure.

When you choose to send the message, your device opens it as a normal email in your own email application, addressed to info@swissaisolutions.com. From that point on, the message is handled like any other email: it is transmitted, received, and stored through DonDominio, our email provider, so that we can read, respond to, and manage your inquiry.

Categories and purposes

Depending on how you interact with this website, we process:

  • Technical request data (as described above), to deliver the website, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
  • The content of emails you send us and any information you choose to include in them, to respond to your inquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, and — where applicable — meet record-keeping obligations for business correspondence.

Service providers and recipients

We only name a provider here if it actually processes visitor or inquiry data on our behalf — not every service used to build or maintain this website qualifies.

  • Cloudflare Pages processes technical request data as described above, as our hosting, content-delivery, and security provider.
  • DonDominio, our email provider, processes the content of any email you send to info@swissaisolutions.com, so that we can receive, store, and respond to it. DonDominio also acts as the registrar for this website's domain name; that role does not itself involve processing visitor or inquiry data.
  • GitHub is used only for source-code storage and deployment integration. It does not process visitor or inquiry data and is not a data processor for this website.

Retention

We retain technical request information and correspondence only for as long as necessary — to maintain security and diagnose problems, to respond to and manage your inquiry, to manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet any applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We have not adopted a fixed retention period; retention is tied to these purposes and to how long a piece of information remains relevant to them.

International transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical request data outside Switzerland, including in the United States and the EEA. Where legally required, international transfers are supported by recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards described in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare's current DPA incorporates contractual transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our email provider, Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L. (DonDominio), is based in Spain. We have not separately verified whether all associated email processing remains exclusively within Spain or the EEA, and do not claim that it does.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request the deletion of personal data we hold about you. We will act on these requests wherever we are able to — though deletion may not always be possible immediately where we are required, or have a legitimate reason, to retain particular information (for example, ongoing correspondence needed to complete a response, or the record-keeping obligations described above). You can reach us at info@swissaisolutions.com with any request or question. If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you may also contact Switzerland's Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the competent Swiss authority.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the project evolves — for example, if hosting arrangements, the email provider, analytics, or other tools change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
